OLIgos

Oligos is a project based on a reflection linked to olive wood and the product of this plant. Oligos, from Greek is "little", "small", "short": a word that contains that of the raw material - "Oil" - and at the same time the limits linked to its production, as well as its use, in the culinary field. It is these limits that establish its preciousness and which recall, like its colour, gold and therefore the sacred. From all this a series of angels born from olive wood matrices.
